Your GoHighLevel account moves to Pulse Digital Labs with your core data and assets intact. The following items transfer with your account.
Websites and funnels
All websites and funnels transfer with no rebuild required.
Calendars
GHL calendars transfer with the account. External calendar integrations disconnect and require reconnection after the transfer.
Workflows and automations
All workflows and automations remain active and stay in their current live state.
Contacts and CRM history
Contacts transfer along with conversations, appointments, opportunities, and full activity history.
Workflow enrollment
Contacts remain in their workflows and their workflow progress stays unchanged.
Memberships and community areas
Membership access remains. This includes community feed data, channels, learning courses, events, leaderboards, and members.
Payments and Stripe connections
Stripe accounts connected to member payments remain associated with the account.
API keys
Sub-account API keys remain the same.
Users
Users with the role type “Account” transfer with the sub-account if they belong only to that specific sub-account.
A few integrations and settings reset during the transfer process. These items do not move with the account.
Authentication connections
All authentication connections disconnect. This includes services such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, QuickBooks, Clio, DrChrono, and Listings.
Facebook, Google, social media and other integrations
Facebook, Google and social media and other settings may require reconnection after the transfer.
Stripe sub-account fields
Stripe fields stored at the sub-account level clear during the transfer. Payment processing connections associated with memberships remain tied to the account.
SaaS settings
SaaS configuration settings do not transfer. SaaS mode disables automatically before the transfer begins.
Smartlists
Smartlists do not transfer with the sub-account.
Active third-party subscriptions
Active subscriptions such as WordPress, Yext, WhatsApp, Dedicated IP services, or similar platform add-ons do not transfer. These services require cancellation before the transfer process begins.
The request form takes under 5 minutes to complete. Once submitted, we handle the transfer coordination and guide you through the next steps. After your current agency submits the transfer request, we accept the request within two hours.
Once the transfer is complete, we will schedule a call to meet so we can fully align your account with Pulse Digital Labs systems.
